Manager, Affiliate Finance

About the role

Based in Baar, the Manager, Affiliate Finance will join the CHAT Cluster finance team, reporting to the Head of Finance for Switzerland and Austria. The role leads local accounting, supports financial planning, and oversees logistics coordination to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and yearly closing activities in partnership with Finance Shared Services in Warsaw.
• Prepare month‑end entries, accruals, reclassifications and coordinate closing with the Corporate Controller.
• Support the Finance Director with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Manage external expense coordination and develop monthly KPI dashboards.
• Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring SOX compliance.
• Oversee supply‑chain operations with the external logistics provider and handle finance‑related inquiries.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3‑5+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent communication skills in German and English.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency with Hyperion, Essbase and Oracle systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• PowerPoint competency.
