Manager - Corporate Tax

About the role

As a Manager in PwC's Corporate Tax team, you will advise national and international corporate clients on complex tax matters, develop practical solutions and lead strategic projects.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on complex corporate tax issues and develop tailored, business‑relevant solutions.
• Lead and contribute to projects such as domestic and cross‑border reorganisations, acquisitions, divestitures and tax planning initiatives.
• Support clients with tax compliance questions, identifying risks, opportunities and efficient tax positions.
• Manage client relationships, coordinate project teams and ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Coach and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Tax, Legal and Advisory and contribute to trainings, publications and technical events.

Required profile

• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in law, business administration, economics or related field.
• Swiss Certified Tax Expert qualification completed or in the final year.
• 4–5 years of relevant corporate tax experience in consulting, industry or a related environment.
• Strong English skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Analytical, solution‑oriented mindset with sound judgement and resilience.
• Collaborative, client‑focused personality with leadership potential.
