Manager Global Management Reporting

About the role

As a Manager Global Management Reporting you will shape the systems and insights that drive critical business decisions across Novartis. You will lead the development and optimisation of finance reporting and performance‑management solutions, partnering with Finance, Data and IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain global management reporting and performance‑management solutions.
• Deliver scalable planning, reporting, dashboarding and analytics capabilities to support strategic decision‑making.
• Ensure reliability, performance and availability of finance reporting systems and data platforms.
• Partner with Finance, Data and IT to implement reporting and process enhancements.
• Oversee master‑data governance and ensure high‑quality data across countries and systems.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, month‑end closing and reporting through robust system solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement, simplification and operational excellence in reporting and analytics environments.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Information Management, IT or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in application development, analytics platforms or enterprise systems support.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, consolidation and management reporting processes.
• Fluent English with strong stakeholder‑management, collaboration and communication skills.

What we offer

• Annual base salary between 91,000 CHF and 169,000 CHF.
