Manager, Planning Parameters & Analytics

About the role

The Manager, Planning Parameters & Analytics will lead governance and execution of planning master data and system parameters for DePuy Synthes. This role ensures data integrity, consistency, and planning effectiveness across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain governance for planning parameters such as lead times, lot sizes, reorder points, and sourcing rules.
• Develop KPI frameworks and performance metrics to measure forecast accuracy, inventory health, service levels, and master data quality.
• Analyze complex datasets and deliver actionable insights to improve supply chain and planning performance.
• Present data‑driven recommendations to leadership and non‑technical audiences.
• Collaborate with Planning Directors to manage BI tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Lead master data management initiatives and ensure data accuracy, compliance, and standardisation across systems.
• Partner with IT to support ERP enhancements, data architecture improvements, and system integrations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, analytics or related disciplines.
• Expertise in Master Data Management and data governance.
• Solid experience with ERP systems, especially SAP and/or JD Edwards.
• Proven ability to develop and manage planning performance metrics and KPI frameworks.
• Strong capability to translate complex data into business insights.
