Manager / Senior Manager – Life Sciences Quality Management Consulting

About the role

Join PwC's Life Sciences advisory team in Zurich as a Manager or Senior Manager, leading high‑impact quality management projects for leading pharmaceutical and biotech clients. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to design and implement new technologies, quality systems, operating models and digital strategies across R&D, manufacturing, supply chain and commercial functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale transformation projects that improve quality culture, compliance and operational efficiency.
• Design and implement quality systems, digital tools, advanced analytics and AI solutions.
• Develop new service propositions and help secure and expand client engagements.
• Collaborate with PwC’s global Life Sciences network and cross‑functional consulting teams.
• Provide expertise on GxP, data privacy, regulatory affairs, product safety and medical affairs.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a science‑related discipline.
• Approximately 6 years of experience in life‑science R&D, manufacturing or commercial roles, with at least 3 years in consulting.
• Proven track record of running large transformation projects and developing new consulting propositions.
• Strong exposure to innovations in cloud, real‑world data (RWD) and natural language processing (NLP) that drive business performance.
