Manager & Senior Manager in Life Sciences Quality Management Consulting

About the role

PwC is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to join its Life Sciences Quality Management Consulting practice in Zürich. In this role you will partner with leading pharmaceutical and biotech clients to help them navigate regulatory complexity, improve quality systems and drive sustainable performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver consulting engagements focused on quality management, compliance and operational improvement for life‑science organisations.
• Analyse client data, develop strategic recommendations and support implementation of technology‑enabled solutions.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, timelines and deliverables while ensuring high‑quality outcomes.
• Coach and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing environment.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders, facilitate difficult conversations and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Significant experience in life‑science quality management, regulatory affairs or related consulting.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Commitment to PwC’s values of integrity, authenticity and continuous learning.

Required skills

• Knowledge of life‑science quality standards (e.g., GMP, ISO 9001).
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance processes.
• Project management methodologies.
