Manager, Swiss & International Tax Advisory

About the role

Join a dynamic tax advisory team that supports Swiss and international clients on complex cross‑border employment, equity incentives, pensions and rulings. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering practical, technically sound solutions while developing your expertise in both Swiss and global tax environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead tax advisory projects for senior executives and multinational companies.
• Research and prepare tailored tax advice in collaboration with national tax authorities.
• Deliver presentations and written recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines and coordinate with senior leadership from day one.
• Support implementation of tax solutions and provide end‑to‑end multidisciplinary assistance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, law or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering tax advisory services to international clients.
• Strong analytical mindset, independent work style and willingness to challenge the status quo.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Team‑player who enjoys client interaction and continuous learning.
