Manager, Swiss & International Tax Advisory (Tax & Legal)

About the role

Deloitte is looking for a Manager in Swiss and International Tax Advisory within its Tax & Legal practice. The role advises companies and individuals on Swiss and international tax matters related to senior executives, mobility and reward, and works in international teams with clients worldwide. It is based in Basel, Zurich or Geneva, with 80% to 100% presence.

Key responsibilities

• Handle tax advisory projects covering cross-border employment structures and planning, equity incentives, pensions, rulings and other individual tax topics
• Manage projects with support from the leadership team from day one and take part in client-facing activities
• Research, write and prepare tailored advice with the national tax office, and help shape solutions for ad hoc client needs
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and colleagues

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, law or a similar field
• At least 5 years of professional experience providing tax advisory services to international clients
• Fluent German or French and very good English
• Team player who enjoys independent, efficient work and managing competing deadlines
• Eager to learn and willing to take part in tax trainings
