Manager, Transaction Services

About the role

Interpath Advisory is seeking a Manager to join its Transaction Services team in Zurich. You will work closely with Managing Directors and senior colleagues to deliver buy‑side and sell‑side financial due diligence projects for top‑tier private equity and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end‑to‑end financial due diligence engagements, acting as the primary client contact.
• Manage engagement economics, timelines and risk while ensuring high‑quality delivery.
• Review and challenge financial analyses such as quality of earnings, net debt, working capital and cash flow.
• Identify key deal issues, risks and value‑creation opportunities and communicate them clearly to clients.
• Coordinate with Tax, Valuation, Strategy, Legal and international teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience delivering financial due diligence or transaction services, preferably in a Big 4 or similar environment.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field and a professional qualification (Swiss CPA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent) completed.
• Strong track record of leading complex due diligence engagements and managing teams.
• Excellent analytical, project‑management and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent English; German and/or French language skills are a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Power BI.
• Experience using Alteryx and related data‑analysis tools.
• Solid financial analysis and accounting knowledge (Swiss GAAP FER or IFRS).
