Marketing Associate (Web3)

About the role

STORM Partners, the leading digital assets advisory firm, is looking for a Marketing Associate with a strong communication skill set and a passion for emerging technologies. You will join the fast‑moving Strategy & Growth division and help shape narratives that advance Web3 ecosystems across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ongoing campaigns and growth initiatives for the firm, Lightningbox sandbox, and Decentral House community hub.
• Create and publish multi‑platform content such as LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and research promotion.
• Support social media presence, track engagement analytics, and assist in thought‑leadership distribution.
• Organise events at the Innovation Centre in Geneva and collaborate with legal, strategy, design, and research teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in marketing or similar environments.
• Strong written English and French with a storytelling instinct.
• Interest in Web3, digital assets, and creative strategy.
• Self‑driven, organized, and comfortable working remotely.
