Marketing Communications Intern (Hybrid, Bern)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Communications Intern to support our marketing team across content creation, event coordination and day‑to‑day execution. The role is open to students and early‑career candidates who are curious, organized and eager to get hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving, AI‑friendly environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support communication tasks and daily marketing operations.
• Build and update presentations and marketing materials.
• Assist with photo/video shoots, including coordination and asset handling.
• Track project status, follow‑ups and organize files and assets.
• Help coordinate trade shows and events – timelines, logistics and merchandising.
• Support social media activities – content preparation, scheduling and basic reporting.

Required profile

• Strong interest in marketing with a good sense of communication and design.
• Organized, reliable and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
• Fluent in English and able to work in a multilingual environment.
• Curious about AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude and how they can improve work.
• Adaptable to fast‑changing priorities and a team‑player with a can‑do attitude.
