Marketing & E-Commerce Manager

About the role

This is a founding marketing position at FORMS, based in the Freienbach showroom. You will own the customer‑facing presence across furniture, an in‑house coffee concept, wine, and future ventures, shaping a brand ecosystem from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the online shop (product pages, order handling, new collections, SEO, ongoing optimisation) using WooCommerce or a similar platform.
• Create and publish weekly content for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, responding to the community within 24 hours.
• Plan and execute digital, print and in‑showroom campaigns.
• Organise customer events, trade fairs and seasonal pop‑ups.
• Oversee showroom and POS materials, including product labelling and brand displays.
• Run Mailchimp newsletters in coordination with sales leadership.
• Track performance with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and campaign KPIs, providing regular reports.
• Lead marketing for new business lines, defining positioning, communication and go‑to‑market strategies.

Required profile

• 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in furniture, lifestyle, retail or hospitality.
• Proven ability to run an e‑commerce platform end‑to‑end.
• Strong content creation skills for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Comfortable with Adobe tools, Canva or equivalent design software.
• Experience with email‑marketing tools such as Mailchimp.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Based in or willing to commute to Freienbach; onsite presence is essential.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high reliability and meticulous attention to detail.
