Marketing Intern

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Marketing Intern to support the Integrated Marketing Manager in daily operations and omnichannel initiatives, including the rollout of our Go‑To‑Market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across retail, e‑commerce, CRM, social media, PR and digital channels.
• Gather insights from all departments, brainstorm ideas and help define project development and implementation strategies.
• Support retail marketing activations, internal and external corporate events, and special marketing projects from conception to delivery.
• Act as liaison for marketing requests from regional subsidiaries, ensuring brand consistency.
• Help manage the marketing budget, track expenses and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field (preferred).
• Previous marketing experience is a plus.
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Self‑motivated, hard‑working, creative with strong time‑management and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in the fashion industry.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or similar design programs.
