Marketing Manager – Global B2B (100% Full‑time)

About the role

Emile Egger & Cie SA, a family‑owned leader in centrifugal pumps and control valves, is seeking a Marketing Manager to shape and execute its global B2B marketing strategy. You will strengthen brand visibility, support product positioning and drive commercial growth across all markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
• Plan, budget and coordinate annual marketing activities, trade fairs, exhibitions and industry events.
• Support lead generation, customer acquisition and retention through targeted campaigns.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management and regional teams to ensure alignment of marketing and commercial goals.
• Create and maintain marketing collateral, website content, digital assets and social‑media presence.
• Lead product‑launch communication plans and promotional activities.
• Manage external agencies, suppliers and service providers.
• Conduct market, customer and competitor analyses to identify trends and opportunities.
• Ensure consistent messaging, visual identity and branding standards.
• Monitor performance via KPIs and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing role within an industrial B2B environment.
• Strong knowledge of B2B marketing, branding and communication practices.
• Good understanding of industrial products, markets and sales processes.
