Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to own the end‑to‑end marketing engine that turns campaigns into measurable business growth. Based in Switzerland and operating in a remote, agile environment, you will have the autonomy to experiment, test ideas, and drive impact using data‑driven decision‑making and AI tools.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise multi‑channel campaigns (webinars, virtual events, guides, thought‑leadership).
• Define campaign objectives, align with pipeline goals and report revenue contribution.
• Monitor funnel performance, run A/B tests and translate data into actionable improvements.
• Build and optimise HubSpot automation workflows, landing pages, forms and segmentation.
• Manage email programmes (promotional, newsletter, transactional) and ensure clean data and consistent processes.
• Map buyer journeys, create nurture experiences and remove conversion barriers.
• Collaborate with sales, subject‑matter experts and partner teams to improve lead quality and handoffs.
• Maintain a central marketing calendar and provide regular reporting on engagement, pipeline influence and revenue impact.
