Marketing Manager (Retail) - POS Campaigns

About the role

Cryptonow, a crypto brokerage platform and Crypto Gift Card provider licensed under MiCAR, sells its gift cards in thousands of retail stores across Europe. It is looking for a Marketing Manager (Retail) to plan, run and evaluate point-of-sale (POS) campaigns with retail partners, so that Crypto Gift Cards and retail products are visible, understood and actively sold in store. The role reports to the CMO and works with Sales, Compliance, Design and the partners' marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage the annual POS campaign calendar per market and partner, aligned with sales targets and product launches
• Develop and run in-store campaigns, promotions and seasonal activations (e.g. Christmas) with partners
• Act as main marketing contact for partners' trade marketing and category teams, handling briefings, timelines and approvals
• Brief designers and agencies on POS materials (displays, card carriers, shelf talkers, posters, digital screens, flyers)
• Manage production, printing and logistics of POS materials, including proof checks and localisation
• Coordinate co-marketing with retailers: leaflets, loyalty programmes, websites and apps, newsletters and joint press releases
• Measure campaign performance (sell-out, activation and redemption rates, ROI)
• Manage the retail marketing budget per market and partner, including forecasting and cost control
• Support new retail launches in expansion markets with launch toolkits and playbooks

Required profile

• At least 3 years in trade, shopper or retail marketing, ideally in FMCG, consumer electronics, gift cards or payments
• Proven experience running POS campaigns with large retail chains (supermarkets, drugstores, electronics retailers)
• Ability to manage several markets, partners and deadlines in parallel
• Interest in crypto and fintech; regulated industry experience is a strong plus
• Fluent English and German; other European languages are a plus
