Senior Global Brand Manager - TREK

About the role

Lotus Bakeries is looking for an experienced Senior Global Brand Manager to lead the growth of the TREK brand within its Natural Foods division. You will manage the brand day to day, making sure annual brand plans, brand building and communication and market expansion initiatives are executed well. You report directly to the Global Marketing Manager and manage a Junior Brand Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Act as global brand lead, supporting annual brand plans, consistent brand positioning, visual identity and communication across markets, and building distinctive brand assets.
• Lead global communication platforms and campaigns, and run the consumer learning agenda through brand tracking, market research and category insights.
• Work with the Senior Innovation Manager so that innovation and renovation projects reflect consumer needs and brand objectives, and define portfolio priorities and growth opportunities.
• Monitor portfolio and launch performance and support portfolio optimisation across key markets.
• Lead global brand campaigns, develop tools and guidelines for local markets, and manage creative and research agency partners.
• Identify new market and channel opportunities, support market entry strategies and launch plans, and share best practices across markets.
• Lead, coach and develop a Junior Brand Manager, and build relationships across Marketing, Sales, R&D, Quality, Finance and Supply Chain.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 8-10 years of brand management experience in an international branded FMCG environment.
• Proven experience leading brand strategy, brand portfolios and communication projects, and launching brands and products across multiple international markets.
• Experience managing agencies and leading cross-functional projects, and previous people management experience.
• Fluent in English; comfortable in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
