Marketing Manager Switzerland

About the role

Lead the marketing function for Vontobel in Switzerland, partnering with the sales team to translate business priorities into high‑impact campaigns, client experiences and measurable growth. The role is hands‑on, combining commercial strategy, client‑journey expertise, digital execution and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales and portfolio managers to identify growth opportunities and develop market, segment and account‑based marketing plans supporting Net New Money targets.
• Design and execute integrated multi‑channel campaigns, proprietary client events and industry forums to generate pipeline and commercial outcomes.
• Establish KPIs linked to pipeline creation, marketing influence and client engagement; use CRM, marketing automation and analytics platforms to measure performance and optimise investment.
• Provide evidence‑based recommendations to senior stakeholders and represent market voice through client feedback and competitive intelligence.

Required profile

• 8+ years of B2B marketing, demand generation or commercial marketing experience, preferably in Swiss financial services, asset or wealth management.
• Proven ability to link marketing investment to pipeline growth and business outcomes.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to engage credibly with sales leadership.
• Fluent in German and English; French is a plus.

• CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, MC Cloud).
• Campaign analytics and performance measurement tools (M365, Snowflake, Power BI).
