Rights Activation Manager

About the role

The Rights Activation Manager will support the implementation of a best‑in‑class Rights Activation function within IOC Television & Marketing Services SA, advising TOP Partners and Media Rights Holders on effective activation of their rights.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with assigned clients and advise Worldwide Olympic Partners and Media Rights Holders on leveraging marketing and media rights.
• Oversee approval processes for partners, sponsors and licensees, providing guidance on requirements.
• Deliver training sessions and develop training materials for commercial partners.
• Support process improvement and digital tools, including documentation, reporting and platform configuration.
• Contribute to the development and review of activation guidelines and cross‑functional projects across partnership management, business development and licensing.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent in business, marketing or related field.
• Relevant experience in a commercial environment, preferably sports marketing, sponsorship, broadcasting or licensing.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Collaborative, service‑oriented attitude with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Client advisory and account planning experience.
• Understanding of sports marketing and sponsorship environments.
