Marketing Manager – Zurich (Full-time)

About the role

The Marketing Manager is a key creative and strategic position at City Pop, responsible for shaping and executing the brand’s marketing vision for both guests and real‑estate investors. Based in Zurich, you will drive brand awareness, community growth and guest experience across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch creative marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness, guest engagement and loyalty across 5+ countries.
• Design and implement marketing strategies for digital and offline channels, ensuring consistent brand positioning.
• Manage and grow City Pop’s social media presence, including content planning, publishing, community engagement and performance tracking.
• Create compelling content for social media, newsletters, campaigns, website, presentations and marketing materials.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.
• Plan, organize and manage guest‑focused events, partnerships and brand activations.
• Build and nurture a strong guest community through creative engagement initiatives.
• Handle PR activities, maintain relationships with media, journalists, influencers and external partners.
• Monitor marketing trends, market developments and audience insights to continuously improve campaigns.
• Support communication and marketing initiatives aimed at real‑estate investors, including investor‑facing materials and events.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure high‑quality execution of campaigns and projects.
• Contribute to the opening of new buildings and internal/external company events as needed.

Required profile

• Strong experience in marketing and communication.
