Marketing Specialist

About the role

ALKALK, a global leader in allergy immunotherapy, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the Respiratory Allergies therapeutic area. You will translate global strategies into local actions, ensuring compliance and driving both classic and digital marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage and coordinate projects within the Respiratory Allergies therapeutic area.
• Adapt global marketing assets to local needs while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Translate therapeutic‑area strategy into actionable tasks and timelines with the Head of Marketing.
• Develop campaigns, quarterly plans, and track progress against objectives.
• Execute classic and digital marketing activities, including end‑to‑end creation and timely updates of promotional materials.
• Review scientific studies and collaborate with the MSL Manager for scientific alignment.
• Manage re‑approvals for promotional materials and ensure cross‑functional collaboration (Sales, Medical, Regulatory, external agencies).
• Attend scientific congresses and events as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role within the pharmaceutical or another highly regulated sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Nursing, Health, Pharmacy or related field with additional commercial training.
• Strong quality awareness, responsibility, and detail‑oriented work style.
• Strategic, structured thinker with the ability to anticipate dependencies and manage risks.
• Independent, results‑driven, and resilient in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent time‑management and prioritisation skills.
• Proactive communicator, team player, and fluent in German, English, and French (Italian a plus).

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with Veeva Vault (asset).
