Medical Education Lead – Immunology

About the role

This senior position supports the Therapeutic Area Head in translating global medical strategy into effective immunology medical education programs across the IBU and local operating companies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the IBU immunology medical education strategy, coordinating medical plans, programs, events and scientific resources.
• Partner with Global Medical Affairs to plan and execute Tier‑1 and Tier‑2 congress deliverables, including medical booths, satellite symposia and advisory boards.
• Develop innovative digital communication formats in collaboration with DDT and ensure alignment with global and regional strategies.
• Manage project budgets, vendors and resources together with the Medical Operations team, providing visibility and tracking of spend.

Required profile

• Advanced scientific degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, MSc or equivalent) with extensive experience in Medical Affairs, Scientific Communications or Clinical Development in immunology (dermatology, rheumatology, gastroenterology, nephrology).
• Proven ability to translate global medical strategies into regional execution within a matrix organization.
• Experience supporting launch readiness and enabling consistent field execution across markets.
