Mid-Level DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Mid-Level DevOps Engineer to join a fast‑paced, cloud‑native team in Switzerland. You will own large‑scale Kubernetes infrastructure on AWS and GCP, driving automation, scalability and reliability for high‑traffic, data‑driven platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain production‑grade Kubernetes clusters using GKE and EKS.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, Helm and Ansible.
• Build, optimise and manage CI/CD pipelines for fast, secure releases.
• Set up monitoring, logging and alerting using modern observability tools.
• Support and troubleshoot PostgreSQL and Kafka environments.
• Automate operational tasks with Python and Bash scripting.
• Diagnose and resolve production incidents across cloud and containerised workloads.
• Collaborate with software engineers to improve deployment strategies.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and provide production support.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in DevOps, SRE or cloud infrastructure engineering.
• Strong hands‑on experience managing Kubernetes in production.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑moving, distributed environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication and troubleshooting skills.
