Middle/Senior Unity Developer – R&D (Remote, Europe)

About the role

We are looking for a Middle/Senior Unity Developer to join our R&D team and help evolve a live mobile game. You will design and implement new gameplay systems, LiveOps features and AI‑assisted tools while ensuring performance across a wide range of Android and iOS devices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain gameplay mechanics and LiveOps content (events, promotions, A/B tests) using Unity and C#.
• Work with Addressables, Asset Bundles, CDN delivery and Remote Configs to push updates without full releases.
• Integrate and maintain advertising, analytics and monetisation SDKs.
• Use AI agents (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) to automate recurring development tasks and create internal AI instructions.
• Investigate and resolve ANRs, crashes, OOM issues and performance regressions using telemetry and profiling tools.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural decisions and optimisation initiatives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of commercial Unity and C# experience on released mobile games with LiveOps support.
• Strong understanding of Unity architecture, design patterns, dependency injection (Zenject/VContainer) and asynchronous programming (UniTask).
• Hands‑on experience with AI development agents and ability to validate generated code.
• Proven profiling and optimisation skills for Android/iOS, including memory, CPU and startup time.
• Experience integrating third‑party SDKs and working with Git, CI/CD pipelines.
