Mobile Technical Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Mobile Technical Lead to drive the technical direction of strategic mobile applications for our clients. The role combines hands‑on development with architectural ownership and team mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Define, design and continuously improve the technical architecture of mobile applications.
• Act as the technical reference for the mobile development team, ensuring high standards of quality, security and performance.
• Contribute hands‑on to the development of key features and core components.
• Lead code reviews, promote best practices, and set up automated testing, CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Mentor developers, collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, backend and DevOps teams, and manage technical debt.

Required profile

• Higher education degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of mobile development experience, including roles as Technical Lead or Senior Developer.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban.

Required skills

• iOS development with Swift and SwiftUI.
• Android development with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• C++ and C# for performance‑critical or cross‑platform contexts.
• Cross‑platform frameworks: Flutter, React Native.NET MAUI, Xamarin.
• Mobile architecture patterns: Clean Architecture, MVVM/MVI, modularisation, SOLID principles.
• Integration of REST APIs, OAuth2/OpenID Connect, secure storage and state management.
• Git, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and release management for Apple App Store and Google Play.
• Observability tools such as Firebase, Sentry or Datadog.
