Multilingual Customer Advisor – Card Payments

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Multilingual Customer Advisor to handle client calls and partner enquiries in Swiss German, French, Italian and English. The role focuses on card‑payment related issues for a leading financial services client.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and process enquiries in four languages covering credit, prepaid and debit card topics.
• Receive, investigate and resolve client complaints, ensuring compliance with quality standards and legal regulations.
• Identify sales and upselling opportunities during interactions and forward complex cases to the appropriate department.

Required profile

• Background in commercial or tourism activities with solid customer‑service experience.
• Excellent communication skills in Italian, German (including Swiss German), French and English.
• Willingness to relocate to Switzerland and work as the first point of contact for customers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and general PC usage.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and empathy when dealing with client issues.
