Multimedia Content Creator – Full‑time, On‑site

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative, visually driven Multimedia Content Creator to bring three distinct brands to life. You will transform ideas into compelling visual and written content, handling projects from concept through publication.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original concepts, copy, scripts, storyboards and creative assets for digital and offline campaigns.
• Produce and edit photography and video content, including short‑form Reels, interviews, brand stories, campaigns and events.
• Create multimedia assets tailored to each brand, audience and channel, and ensure flawless publication across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, corporate websites, Google Business Profiles and email platforms.
• Support paid advertising, newsletters, landing pages, presentations and print materials with high‑quality creative assets.
• Maintain editorial calendars, organise digital assets and collaborate with designers and external partners.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in multimedia content creation or a comparable creative role.
• Exceptional aesthetic sense, strong attention to detail and a portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling.
• Fluent in German and English, highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects independently.
