Multi‑Skilled Technician

About the role

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Multi‑Skilled Technician to join its Facility Management team in Geneva. You will ensure the smooth operation of building systems, supporting clients by delivering reliable maintenance and rapid issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all governmental and company regulations concerning building operations and workplace safety.
• Review work orders, diagnose problems and coordinate timely repairs.
• Consult with clients to schedule preventive maintenance and minimise business disruptions.
• Assist in implementing a preventive maintenance programme for building facilities and systems.
• Verify completed work, confirm equipment functionality and guarantee that customer areas are in proper condition.

Required profile

• Certification (CFC or equivalent) in HVAC with solid basic knowledge of electrical systems.
• OIBT Art. 15 certification is a plus.
• Good physical condition – heavy lifting required.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures and communicate basic information.
• Practical knowledge of MS Office and comfort with computer tools.
