Multi‑Skilled Technician

About the role

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Multi‑Skilled Technician to join its Facility Management team in Geneva. The role focuses on maintaining building systems, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting clients with reliable maintenance services.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all government and company regulations related to building operations and workplace safety.
• Review work orders, resolve issues, and verify that completed work meets quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients to schedule preventive maintenance and repairs, minimizing business disruptions.
• Support the implementation of a preventive maintenance program for building facilities and systems.
• Confirm that equipment is fully functional and customer areas are in proper working condition after service.

Required profile

• Certification (CFC or equivalent) in HVAC with solid basic knowledge of electrical systems.
• OIBT Art. 15 certification is a plus.
• Good physical condition for heavy lifting.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
• Basic communication skills for client interaction.
• Practical knowledge of MS Office and general comfort with computer tools.
