National Consultant – ITC SheTrades Soft Skills Trainer (Jordan)

About the role

The International Trade Centre (ITC) SheTrades programme seeks a National Consultant to deliver business‑oriented soft‑skills training for women entrepreneurs in Jordan. The consultant will design, facilitate, and evaluate a series of motivation labs, workshops, and networking events, ensuring content is interactive, learner‑centred, and available in Arabic.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and adapt training materials, including translation into Arabic, for the rollout of multiple courses.
• Facilitate motivation‑lab group coaching sessions and peer‑circle accountability meetings.
• Deliver one‑day soft‑skills workshops aligned with Course 2 and Course 3 schedules.
• Organise and support in‑person and virtual networking events with local role models and partners.
• Map gender‑based violence support organisations in target areas and provide referral pathways.
• Maintain attendance sheets, session agendas, and pre‑/post‑training assessments.
• Compile final training reports using the ITC SheTrades reporting template, including participant feedback, successes, challenges, risks, and recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering soft‑skills training and coaching for women entrepreneurs.
• Familiarity with gender‑based violence support services and referral mechanisms in Jordan.
• Ability to produce high‑quality training documentation and reports.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with experience translating training content.
