Nurse – Seasonal Part‑Time Role at Luxury Hotel

About the role

This position provides professional nursing care for hotel staff and, occasionally, guests at a luxury hotel. It is a seasonal, fixed‑term role that can also be performed part‑time, offering a dynamic environment where medical expertise supports employee wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and treat employees who are ill or have suffered accidents, determining the need for further medical care.
• Arrange appointments with the company doctor or, in emergencies, coordinate hospital visits.
• Maintain accurate staff medical records while complying with data‑protection regulations.
• Manage the staff medical room, ensuring supplies are stocked, correctly stored, and within expiry dates.
• Assist with accident reporting and coordinate follow‑up care with HR, doctors, and hospitals.
• Provide occasional health support to hotel guests to ensure their wellbeing.

Required profile

• Completed nursing qualification, preferably with several years of professional experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English; knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
• Empathy, patience, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to stay resilient under pressure.
• Excellent teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficient use of standard IT applications for record‑keeping and communication.

What we offer

• Fixed‑term seasonal contract from December 2026 to March 2027, with the possibility of future seasons.
