Child Prescribing Practitioner

About the role

Join Keys Health’s ADHD360 team as a Child Prescribing Practitioner, delivering comprehensive assessments and treatment plans for children and young people with ADHD. This fully remote position offers flexible hours and the chance to make a meaningful impact on neurodiverse patients.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate children and young people for ADHD and co‑occurring conditions to inform diagnostic decisions.
• Make independent prescribing decisions, develop and titrate treatment plans, and record physical observations in line with NICE guidelines.
• Provide ongoing support through regular follow‑ups until patients reach stability and optimisation.
• Conduct risk assessments, safeguard patients, and maintain accurate records in the Chrysalis system.
• Participate in supervision, case discussions, and continuous professional development.

Required profile

• Qualified Nurse, Pharmacist or GP with current UK registration (NMC or GPHC) and a valid PIN.
• Qualified Non‑Medical Prescriber (NMP) with current registration.
• Ability to work independently and remotely while adhering to professional codes of conduct.
• Experience working with children and young adults, preferably in ADHD services.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic patient record (EPR) systems, specifically Chrysalis.
