About the role

Are you ready to accelerate your career and embark on an exciting journey with the Red Bull Graduate Program in Switzerland? This 18‑month On Premise Marketing Graduate role will give you hands‑on experience creating marketing initiatives across bars, clubs, festivals, events and strategic customer partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation of trade marketing initiatives to strengthen Red Bull’s presence across key On Premise accounts.
• Develop and optimise POS and activation tools, from branded equipment to promotional assets.
• Collaborate with sales teams to provide marketing solutions that support account growth and monitor market trends.
• Assist in planning and execution of festivals, events and activations, coordinating with agencies, suppliers and external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with proven academic excellence.
• Relevant work or internship experience is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial “go‑getter” mentality and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in German or French (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
