On-site Customer Service Employee

About the role

MAG45 is seeking an On‑site Customer Service Employee to work at one of its biggest customers’ premises in Selzach, Switzerland. You will be the primary point of contact between the customer and MAG45, handling operational questions, orders, quotations and complaints.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated Customer Service contact for the site, managing the order book and administrative handling of orders/quotations in the system.
• Communicate with the customer, follow up on issues, receive complaints and provide advice on MAG45 products.
• Guard and improve internal KPIs, translate them into external reports and ensure customer commitments on orders and payments are met.
• Handle material receipt, verify goods are correctly placed and maintain tidy, well‑organized stock.

Required profile

• Self‑supportive, accurate and orderly with a strong sense of ownership.
• Team player experienced in multidisciplinary, multinational environments.
• Commercially sensitive and able to act proactively on opportunities.
• Bachelor level, preferably technical, with 3‑5 years of experience in a technical environment focused on commercial goals.
• Native German speaker, fluent in written and spoken English; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
• Experience with ERP systems (preferred).
