About the role

Join the TELUS Digital AI Community as an Online Data Analyst focusing on German-language content for Switzerland. You will verify and evaluate map, location, business and search information using online research and detailed project guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Verify, evaluate and validate geographic and business information using advanced mapping tools.
• Research information via online maps, search engines, directories and reliable sources.
• Compare data from multiple sources to determine the most accurate result.
• Evaluate German and English search results and follow detailed project guidelines.
• Work across various task types such as Maps, Search/Relevance, Audio, etc., and provide accurate evaluations to improve digital products and AI systems.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in English and German (native or near‑native).
• Lived in Switzerland for the last five consecutive years.
• In‑depth regional, cultural and geographic knowledge of Switzerland.
• Willingness to work across diverse task types and participate regularly each week.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to apply project guidelines.
• Stable internet connection and personal computer.
