Operations Coordinator – Logistics & Supply Chain

About the role

As a member of a four‑person Operations team, you will ensure smooth coordination of administrative, supply and logistics flows between the distribution centre, internal and external clients, and various divisions. You will provide daily visibility of activities and support the execution of product launches, events and reverse‑logistics processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end sales‑order processes, from receipt to delivery.
• Maintain customer databases, pricing records and prepare sales reports.
• Collaborate with field sales, marketing and commercial teams across regions.
• Validate and code inter‑company and supplier invoices.
• Track incoming goods, handle customs clearance and freight invoicing.
• Coordinate national and international logistics flows, using KPIs and dashboards.
• Oversee reverse‑logistics, quality and aged‑stock transfers.
• Ensure daily visibility of key events across Fashion, Fragrances & Beauty, and Watches & Fine Jewelry divisions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Management, Engineering or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Native French speaker with at least B2 level English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX.
