Operations Manager – Remote (Switzerland)

About the role

We are seeking a performance‑driven Operations Manager to lead high‑performing online teams in Switzerland. In this hands‑on leadership position you will use data, dashboards and operational tools to continuously improve efficiency, service quality and team results.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of remote agents – hiring, onboarding, training, performance evaluation and off‑boarding.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations, ensuring workflow efficiency and that targets are consistently met.
• Conduct regular training sessions, coaching and performance reviews to develop agents.
• Handle escalations and resolve operational issues quickly.
• Collaborate with internal functions to streamline processes and improve systems.
• Use KPIs, dashboards and performance metrics to drive decisions and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Operations Management or a similar leadership role.
• Proven track record managing remote or online agent‑based teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
• Decisive leadership, ownership mentality and excellent English communication skills.
