Operations & Production Coordinator (Remote, Part‑time)

About the role

Millaux is seeking a detail‑oriented Operations & Production Coordinator to support its e‑commerce and supply‑chain activities on a flexible, remote basis. The role is ideal for a self‑starter who enjoys managing order flows, international shipments, and supplier relationships for a growing luxury bedding brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Shopify order processing and fulfilment workflows.
• Coordinate international shipments between Germany, Switzerland, and global destinations.
• Liaise with suppliers, ateliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor operational costs and maintain smooth processes.
• Provide logistical support for pop‑up events and brand activations.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Shopify order management.
• Familiarity with cross‑border shipping (DE/CH/EU/US and beyond).
• Strong organisational and supplier communication skills.
• Based in Germany or Switzerland; English required, German a plus.
• Own a car and driver’s licence is advantageous.
