Operator – Fill Team, Filling Line II-2

About the role

The Operator on the Fill Team for Filling Line II-2 supports production of biotherapeutic products at CSL Behring. Working under limited supervision, the role ensures equipment is set up, calibrated and operated in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) standards. The position contributes to reliable manufacturing and data integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Provides production support, setting up production procedures and labels.
• Operates manufacturing equipment following standard procedures and cGMP.
• Tracks equipment performance and adjusts setups, calibrations and alignments.
• Enters data for process control, departmental databases and spreadsheets.
• Performs routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent vocational/technical training.
• 1‑2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Additional qualifications may apply based on local legal or educational requirements.
