Paid Media Manager - Remote

About the role

A partner company is looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to lead full-funnel digital marketing for a growing jewelry and e-commerce retail brand. This senior, hands-on role combines paid advertising with email and SMS marketing, giving equal ownership of customer acquisition, conversion and retention. It is fully remote, based in Switzerland.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimise full-funnel campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Oversee monthly ad spend exceeding $100,000, including audience targeting, bidding, creative testing, prospecting and retargeting
• Analyse performance with Triple Whale, Northbeam or similar attribution tools and link marketing to revenue
• Manage lifecycle marketing in Klaviyo: campaign calendars, segmentation, automated flows and performance
• Build flows such as welcome sequences, abandoned-cart reminders, post-purchase messages, replenishment and win-back campaigns
• Prepare creative briefs, make mockups in Canva and coordinate creatives with email and SMS campaigns
• Produce weekly and monthly reports with metrics, revenue impact and recommendations

Required profile

• 8-10 years of marketing and advertising experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on e-commerce marketing
• Proven experience managing more than $1 million in annual Meta Ads spend and more than $100,000 in monthly paid media spend
• Experience with Google Ads and a solid understanding of online and physical retail
• Luxury, jewelry or high-consideration retail experience is an advantage
