Paid Social Analyst – Data‑Driven Advertising

About the role

We are seeking a Paid Social Analyst to join our team in Switzerland. The role focuses on driving measurable growth through data‑driven paid social strategies across leading platforms. You will work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, turning complex performance data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and optimise paid social campaigns on Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
• Create media buying strategies to maximise revenue, performance and return on ad spend.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Manage campaign budgets, ensuring strategic allocation of spend to meet business objectives.
• Optimise bids, audiences, creative performance and campaign structures.
• Translate performance data into clear insights and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy and production teams to develop data‑informed solutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with paid social trends, platform updates and emerging advertising opportunities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, paid social or direct‑response marketing.
• Proven track record managing high‑spend paid social campaigns (budgets exceeding $1 M per month).
• Strong quantitative reasoning and ability to analyse complex datasets.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights across teams.
