Part-time Remote Supply Chain Analyst / Inventory Manager

About the role

This part‑time, fully remote position combines the responsibilities of a Supply Chain Analyst, Inventory Manager and Logistics Coordinator. You will support the organization by planning demand, analysing supply‑chain data, maintaining optimal inventory levels and ensuring smooth logistics operations across stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand‑planning forecasts to align supply with business needs.
• Analyse supply‑chain data to provide actionable insights and improve decision‑making.
• Monitor and optimise inventory levels to balance service levels and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate logistics activities, including shipment scheduling and vendor communication.
• Facilitate clear communication between internal teams, suppliers and customers to ensure seamless operations.

Required profile

• Proficiency in demand planning and strong knowledge of supply‑chain operations.
• Superior analytical abilities for data interpretation and process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills for effective liaison with teams and vendors.
• Proven experience in inventory management, detail‑oriented and results‑driven.
• Familiarity with supply‑chain and inventory‑management software tools.
• Prior experience in a cloud‑native or technology‑focused environment is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
