Part‑time Remote Client Relationship & Support Manager

About the role

This part‑time, fully remote position supports learners and community members as the primary point of contact. You will guide users to resources, ensure smooth interactions across channels, and help nurture relationships with individual learners, academic partners, and industry professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new users and provide ongoing support.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM or tracking tools.
• Coordinate follow‑ups, schedule calls, and prepare simple reports for sales or partnership activities.
• Contribute to community engagement initiatives such as newsletters, webinars, and online events.
• Collaborate closely with technical, content, and leadership teams.

Required profile

• Strong client relationship and customer‑support mindset with active listening and responsiveness.
• Basic sales or account‑management abilities, including pipeline support and outreach follow‑up.
• Clear written and verbal communication, able to explain processes professionally.
• Comfortable using digital tools (CRM, email platforms, shared documents, chat/community tools).
• Excellent organization and time‑management to juggle multiple conversations remotely.
• Collaborative attitude and willingness to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Interest in hardware design, RTL, or technical education is a plus.
• Previous experience in client support, account coordination, or community management preferred.
