People & Culture Project Management Intern

About the role

Logitech is seeking a proactive People & Culture Project Management Intern for a 6‑month hybrid internship in Lausanne. You will own high‑impact strategic initiatives, bridging compliance, employee experience, and talent community engagement while receiving mentorship from senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and revamp the local internship programme, mapping the intern lifecycle and improving satisfaction.
• Review and standardise Swiss contract types and streamline work‑permit processes.
• Design an alumni network and employer‑branding strategy with defined communication channels.
• Map and optimise the contractor lifecycle, proposing workflow automations.

Required profile

• Recent Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Swiss Law or related field.
• Native or fluent French and English (spoken and written).
• Good understanding of Swiss labour law and work‑permit categories (preferred).
• Strong initiative, ability to structure unstructured tasks and execute projects independently.
