People & Culture Specialist – Swiss Market & Owned Retail

About the role

The People & Culture Specialist for the Swiss market and Owned Retail acts as the central HR contact for both corporate and retail teams. You will implement HR processes, support People Leaders, and help shape the company culture while collaborating with regional and global P&C teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for employees and People Leaders, providing expert HR advice.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for the Swiss market, from job posting to contract offer.
• Implement annual core HR processes such as goal setting, performance reviews, talent development and engagement surveys.
• Maintain the HRIS (Workday) and ensure data accuracy.
• Support payroll administration, insurance, and absence management in partnership with external providers.
• Visit owned retail stores in French‑speaking Switzerland and Zurich to strengthen integration and trust.

Required profile

• Completed degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 2–3 years of HR experience, including HR administration and payroll accounting.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR processes.
• Excellent communication skills in German, French and English.
• Organizational flexibility, attention to detail and ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Workday HRIS proficiency.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
