Performance Controller – Planning & Controlling

About the role

As a Performance Controller for the global Buildings Business Unit, you will own the monitoring and analysis of wall‑to‑wall margins and virtual profitability across the unit. You will work closely with top management to provide scenario planning, impact analysis and strategic financial insights that drive profitable and sustainable decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse margin performance and virtual profitability for the Business Unit.
• Develop and maintain financial models for scenario planning and strategic initiatives.
• Provide analytical support for new business models and go‑to‑market transformations.
• Utilise Power BI and Snowflake to enhance reporting and digitise financial workflows.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align financial objectives and drive data‑based decision‑making.
• Implement corrective actions and improve performance in partnership with stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity, quality and timeliness in all financial reporting processes.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Extensive experience in performance controlling, financial reporting and business analysis.
• Proven track record of delivering results in a complex, global environment.
• Strong expertise in ERP systems and database handling.
