Photolithography Process Engineer (80‑100% F/M/D)

About the role

Join a high‑performing photolithography team at Hitachi Energy in Lenzburg. You will develop and optimise photolithography processes for semiconductor manufacturing, working with advanced lithography equipment and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure processes meet production programmes, yield goals and address rework issues.
• Collaborate with equipment and material vendors to develop new solutions and improve existing processes.
• Plan and implement new machinery, analyse process data, and drive SPC improvements.
• Work closely with integration, wet etch, diffusion, metals, dry etch and implant teams to ensure seamless production.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s (5+ years) or Master’s (3+ years) or PhD with industry experience in a related field.
• Extensive experience in wafer photolithography operations, especially coating and exposure on steppers.
• Strong understanding of optics, immersion lithography and clean‑room work.
• Good English and German language skills.
