Political Science QA Lead - Remote

About the role

This is an hourly, remote contractor position where you will lead quality assurance for political science AI training projects. You will ensure that AI‑generated content and trainer work meet rigorous standards of accuracy, balance, and clarity.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated political science content and trainer/QA outputs against detailed rubrics.
• Provide precise written feedback to improve conceptual accuracy, institutional knowledge, comparative context, and bias sensitivity.
• Identify recurring quality issues and communicate updates to trainers and QA teams.
• Support onboarding of new contributors and maintain up‑to‑date documentation.
• Activate and monitor contributors who are not working consistently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Political Science, International Relations, Public Policy, Law, Sociology, Economics or a related social science.
• 3+ years of experience in political science research, teaching, policy analysis, or academic review.
• Strong command of English for clear written communication.
• Deep understanding of political institutions, comparative politics, international relations, public policy, and political theory.
