Portfolio Associate - Reporting

About the role

This role supports the operational backbone of a growing investment platform in Switzerland. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of portfolio and transaction data that drives strategic decisions across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, validate, reconcile and maintain financial and operational data of portfolio companies in CRM and reporting systems.
• Produce timely portfolio reports, dashboards and performance tracking tools for investment teams and senior leadership.
• Act as the operational point of contact for portfolio companies, handling surveys, resource requests and recurring support needs.
• Log, categorize, track and route inbound investment opportunities through the appropriate review channels.
• Maintain CRM data quality and pipeline hygiene, ensuring all records are up‑to‑date.
• Support deal execution by coordinating documentation, tracking milestones and organizing deal records.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and manage investment‑related materials.
• Identify and implement automation and process‑optimization opportunities to reduce operational risk.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in operations, investment support, FP&A, reporting or a related function, preferably within venture capital, private equity or investment management.
• Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
