Pricing & Market Access Director

About the role

The Pricing & Market Access Director leads the development and execution of market access strategies for one or more products, partnering cross‑functionally with commercial and development teams to optimize value and reimbursement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement payer strategic plans to support value and access optimization.
• Lead creation of market access strategies, pricing business cases, and localized access tactics.
• Represent payer perspectives to internal stakeholders and influence commercialization and development decisions.
• Collaborate with HEOR, Government Affairs, Marketing, and Clinical Development to ensure integrated evidence and value propositions.
• Provide financial forecasting input and support capability‑building projects on payer environment trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Extensive hands‑on experience managing pricing and negotiations in the Swiss market.
• Established network with key Swiss payer stakeholders and decision‑makers.
• Strong strategic thinking, quantitative and analytical abilities, and excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German.
